At Homefire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
